 Jan Goodson leverages over 20 years of leadership in healthcare and nonprofit systems to help organizations secure funding, strengthen payer partnerships, and build sustainable growth strategies. A  recognized strategist and grant expert, Jan has successfully secured more than $400 million in competitive funding, enabling the development, expansion, and sustainability of behavioral health and social service programs across multiple states. 

Prior to launching Goodson | Kingsley, Jan served in executive leadership roles at Centerstone, one of the nation’s largest behavioral health providers, where she spearheaded business development, grant strategy, and service expansion efforts that drove $30–$60 million in annual revenue growth. With expertise spanning federal and private grants, workforce development, and organizational sustainability, Jan is deeply committed to  helping leaders and their organizations to thrive in an evolving economic landscape.

Dawn Kingsley is a senior healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience in managed care, payer strategy, and network development. She has held senior leadership roles at Centerstone, BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, UnitedHealthcare of Tennessee and Illinois, and HealthSpring of Tennessee, where she led transformative initiatives that shaped payer-provider relationships and expanded access to care.

 Dawn has directed national contracting efforts and spearheaded training and consulting programs that strengthen compliance, improve operational performance, and drive sustainable growth. Her expertise in navigating complex healthcare systems and payer environments has helped organizations achieve stronger partnerships, greater financial stability, and measurable impact in the communities they serve.
